Closing of Graduate Student Email Accounts
Dear Alumni,
In accordance with the decision made by our university, your @stu email accounts assigned to you during your registration period and the data stored in Google Drive associated with these accounts will be permanently deleted three months after your graduation date due to system capacity and data security concerns.
In this context, our alumni who have been using @stu email accounts for three months are required to back up their emails and files in their Google Drive storage by 5:00 PM on October 10, 2025.
If the backup is not completed within the specified timeframe, the relevant accounts will become inaccessible and will be deleted.
